1. All items are brand new & original. However, the results may vary across individuals.

2. Customer satisfaction is our priority, therefore items will be checked carefully before shipping out. Please note that items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable. Ladies First will not hold responsible for any item lost on the delivery.

3. Customers are encouraged to check the availability of items through *Enquiries* before placing orders to avoid stock out situation. Any other enquiries regarding items can be made through *Enquiries* too.

4. Kindly drop your orders by filling up the *Order Form* & we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.

State: Peninsular/ Sabah or Sarawak- (For postage purpose)

5. Payment must be done within 3 days upon confirmation of order. Otherwise items will be opened to others & buyers will be blacklisted.

6. Please contact us a.s.a.p after payment is made, stating your name, contact number, postal address & bank in details (amount, date & time). Please re-state your order if any changes been made.

*PLEASE KEEP YOUR TRANSACTION SLIP IN CASE OF CONFUSION*

7. Items (Ready stocks) will be sent within 3 days after payment & postage costs will be beared by buyers.

Postage costs:
Peninsular=RM6 onwards
Sabah/Sarawak=RM8 onwanrds (depending on the weight & quantity of items purchase)

8. Please note that items are sold at a first come first serve basis. Whoever makes payment first will get the items.

*Seller will fully refund in case of stock out situation.*

9. Please note that items will not be sent if buyer(s) cannot proove the payment. It is very important to keep your transaction slip!

10. Customer feedbacks are apprciated! Kindly drop your feedback of usage through *comments* & receive complimentary free gifts on future purchase!!

11. For Pre-Order items, deposits/ full amounts are needed (will be stated) & refunds are not allowed due to personal reasons (change of mind etc). However, if the fault is on the seller, refund is possible :)
